Lisa Sitek, BSEE (Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering), MSPT (Master of Science Physical Therapy) brings a unique vision to the evidence-based practice of physical therapy by combining problem solving skills developed in her first career as an electrical engineer in the aerospace industry with a passion for physical fitness and the compassion that comes from a history of personal injury and rehabilitation. In addition to operating her business, Lisa worked as an adjunct professor in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Eastern Florida State College where she taught Neurologic Disabilities and Treatment for Physical Therapy Assistants.

"I have a profound love for the physical therapy profession, and I am dedicated to helping people recover from injury to enable them to return to their normal lives and activities. I've been practicing the art and science of physical therapy since graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2006, primarily working in outpatient orthopedic settings. I found the ever increasing demand for higher productivity was negatively impacting my ability to provide the kind of high quality, patient-oriented care that results in good outcomes for my patients and greater job satisfaction for myself.
I created ALL ABOUT YOU Physical Therapy, LLC to provide compassionate, individualized, effective interventions to motivated people. I believe AAYPT fills a unique niche in the health care industry by offering a service no one else in the area provides: high quality, patient-focused outpatient physical therapy in your home at your convenience.
